Roen's 1st Birthday Cake

Roen had his very own doggie bone cake! From the looks of it he loved it!
Roen's first word was dog, and his grandma and grandpa have a weiner dog! So his mom Allie, thought it was fitting to have a dog cake for his 1st birthday!

Berkleigh's 1st Birthday Cake

Its obvious that the theme for this little gal was Minnie Mouse! Her mom Angie, thought that the bow cake would be perfect for her to tear into...

And boy did she tear into it!
Berk turned it into a cake mash, she had to go have a bath before she went to her dedication at church!

Coach Purse Cake

This is the picture that I was given to make the cake from.

Its a white cake with chocolate filling and chocolate frosting, I airbrushed the black onto it, and it has cute little tassles on the sides, I made them white so they would be easier to see.

RJ and Angi

This cake was so fun to make! I love the bright orange gerber daisies that they had me put on it. You can't tell in the pictures, but it has little white dot clusters around each tier. The bottom tier was a chocolate torte cake with raspberry filling, the second tier was a chocolate brownie cake with banana cream filling. The top tier was lemon with raspberry filling. This couple saved the top so they won't get to try it until this June! Their one year anniversary! How exciting!

Our Wedding Cake

This cake was stressful to make, because it was for my own wedding. I had a couple of near disasters because I decided to try a different frosting recipe than I was used to, it looked good on paper but in the bowl, it just didn't want to work out so well, so it was down to a last minute night before the wedding decision to either try and salvage the current frosting or start from scratch, we decided to salvage. And with the help of my mom, aunt and my bridesmaids, we made it into a great success, thanks everyone for not freaking out like I was. I have to say though, that a bride making her own cake the night before the wedding, is justified to freak out a tad. Any how, it ended up looking awesome and tasting awesome. The only taste I got was when Cam shoved it in my face. I didn't have time for anything else.

Roman and Holly

I love fall weddings! The colors are so beautiful! This cake was a lemon cake with a raspberry cream cheese filling, with buttercream frosting! I love the doves on the top of the cake, Holly, the bride had those picked out and we put them in a little flower nest, this quilt was made by one of her guests and I love how it matches the fall theme so perfectly. Holly also used pumpkins as vases for her flowers at the front of the reception hall. Gorgeous!

Trent and Jessica

What I love about this cake is the simplicity. It's so simple but very elegant, while at the same time being a little sassy with the hot pink and black ribbon. Elegant and sassy would also describe the bride, Jessica! So it was perfect for the couple. Funny story about this cake is that, Trent and Jessica, not knowing their own strength, broke my cake knife while trying to cut this cake! Someone found a spare, so everything turned out alright!

Kristin's Baby Shower

For this cake, I was given the invitation to the baby shower that had been decorated by the very talented Carolyn Punt, and it had a little birdie stamp on it. So we decided to base the cake off of the bird. It turned out beautifully. I love her cute little legs!

Jackson's 1st Birthday Cake

Obviously this cake was for a little one year old boy named Jackson, his mommy calls him a monkey, so we thought it was only fitting to bake him a monkey cake. His arms, legs and feet are made from rice krispies for better shape. And everyone loves rice krispies so it was a win win! This was a black and white cake with vanilla cream filling. And Jackson had his own personal banana cake to dig into, and boy did he!

Jason and Danae

Talk about a summer wedding! This one was hot!!! It was a beautiful outdoor wedding for a cowgirl and a cowboy! The adorable topper was put together by one of the bridesmaids, Kayla Ray, and I. This cake turned out wonderful even with the impeding sunlight and 90 degree weather. I was afraid it would melt, but it held itself together miraculously.
